I'd like to welcome you to this exercise and fitness website. My name is Nick Usner, or Xtrainer. I am an Exercise Physiologist, Certified Personal Trainer and Independent Beachbody Coach.

Obesity is a rising problem, and more and more people are starting to work towards a healthier lifestyle, but most do not know what to do, where to go, or how to get healthier.

I can tell you there are NO secrets. We know unused gym memberships and magic pills won't bring you any success. Achieving your health and fitness goals takes a combination of healthy nutrition habits and a commitment to daily exercise.

Motivation is what gets you started. Habits are what keep you going.

These are very important to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. This website provides the information you need, the motivation to get you started, and teaches you what it means to live a healthier lifestyle so that you can be all you want to be.

You don't need a gym, fitness center, or a health club. You don't need any quick fix surgeries, diet plans, or funky exercise equipment that promises results without any extra support, encouragement or motivation. You certainly don't need to pay hundreds of dollars in extra fees or membership dues or costs for a Personal Trainer or private health coaching.

I have learned and teach you that all you really need is the desire and commitment to get healthy and fit. You have to decide if you are worth the effort, the commitment, and the hard work it takes to lose weight, get into shape, and maintain it for life.

You can create the body you've always wanted! You can look better, you can lose the excess weight, you can change your life, you can feel better about yourself, and you can improve the quality of your life right now. This is where I introduce the solution and the answer that will help you succeed! It's called Beachbody.
